To prevent a wrong detection by a heated body detector even during an adjustment of an offset voltage value of an amplifying section.
The heated body detector, provided with a saturation detecting section 17 changing (adjusting) the offset voltage value of the amplifying section 12 so as to prevent a saturation of an electric signal Va amplified by the amplifying section 12, is capable of preventing the saturation of the amplified electric signal Va to eliminate the wrong detection, allowing a stable detection of a heated body. Furthermore, a function of a comparison section 16 is limited when changing the offset voltage value of the amplifying section 12. Different from conventional inventions, accordingly, even during the adjustment of the offset voltage of the amplifying section 12 by the saturation detecting section 17, the comparison section 16 is capable of preventing an output of an output signal H indicating a detection of the heated body by comparing data based on a possibly saturated electric signal output from the adjustment-unfinished amplifying section 12 and a threshold value held by a comparison voltage section 15.
