This is an illumination fixture which is provided with a means to form the flame, and in which the heated light-emitting tube 1 is arranged in the vicinity of the flame. Further, this is a solar battery to absorb the light emitted from the heated light-emitting tube and to generate electricity, and the illumination fixture or a heating system provided with a means to thermally-insulate the solar battery from the heat of the flame.
