Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the device to store the heated processed food such as croquettes for an extended period of time keeping the taste and restraining the multiplication of micro-organisms.

CONSTITUTION: The air in the heating room 2 is heated by the heater 6, wherein the air in the blowing room 3 is blown into the heating room 2 by the blower 11 as shown by the arrow a. By this heated air, the temp. of food storage room 1 is kept in a temperature higher than 65°C up to 100°C. The heater 22 heats water to hot water, then the hot water tank 5 is filled by steam. At this time, the assistant blower 19 sucks in the air of the heating room 2 as the arrow c, and this sucked air is brought into the hot water tank 5 as shown by the arrow d. Consequently, the steam filled air in the hot water tank 5 is brought into the blowing room 3 as shown arrow e. And, this steam filled air is blown into the heating room 2 by the blower 11, and thereafter is brought into the food storage room 1. Due to this steam filled air, the humidity of the storage room 1 is to be kept at the relative humidity of more than 30% less than 70%.
