Abstract:
To provide a heated toilet seat using a composite laminate capable of configuring a plate-like member firmly integrated by polypropylene by firmly joining a polypropylene film layer to a composite layer having a fiber, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A heated toilet seat includes: film layers 111 and 113 with uniform thickness made of polypropylene; composite layers 112 and 114 disposed in contact with the film layers 111 and 113, which are formed of non-woven fabric and polypropylene infiltrated in the mesh of the non-woven fabric and fastened; a body layer 110 having a heater wire provided and sandwiched between the film layers 111 and 113, and the composite layers 112 and 114; and a base resin layer 120 disposed in contact with the composite layers 112 and 114, which is formed of polypropylene.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
