Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater control device, a heating device, a control method and a program that can suppress flicker while suppressing breaking of a heater, and can set any duty.SOLUTION: A heater control device controls a power supply time of each of plural heaters according to target power representing a total target value of power consumption of each of the plural heaters, and has a controller. The controller controls so that the number of heaters which perform duty control for variably controlling the power supply time within a control period out of plural heaters different in power consumption when a predetermined voltage is applied over a predetermined period is set to be equal to or less than a predetermined number, and also the rate of the power supply time within the control period is prevented from being equal to or less than a predetermined rate.
