To improve ease of attachment of an automatic heater control device.

A heater control device attachment structure in which a manual heater control device 3 or the automatic heater control device 4 is selectively attached to a heater control device displacement part 2 formed at an instrument panel 1 through an attachment part 5 is composed. Under this condition, the attachment 5 has an instrument panel side outer/inner attachment part 21 which can be screwed from a panel outer side 1b with the manual heater control device 3 brought into contact from the inside 1a of the instrument panel 1 to be disposed, and can be screwed from the panel outer side 1b with the automatic heater control device 4 brought into contact from the outside 1b of the instrument panel 1 to be disposed.
