Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a heater device for use in heating a running member such as a thread and a sheet in which a responding characteristic in control of temperature related to processing can be improved.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature of a thread 3 heated by a heater 10 and run is measured by a temperature sensor 15 and then the temperature data is inputted to a control device 17. Driving of an actuator 13 is controlled by a control device 17 in response to temperature data got from the temperature sensor 15 and a set temperature data predetermined by a temperature setting device 16. As a result, the thread 3 is moved away from or moved toward the heater 10 and then a processing temperature of the thread 3 is controlled.
