Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater device, capable of realizing the miniaturization and power saving of a device, and also surely and uniformly bringing metallic material into a high-temperature region to perform the heating experiment of the metallic material.
SOLUTION: This heater device is composed of a heater cartridge 3: which is a hollow and bottomed columnar member 6, and having a heater 2 for heating metallic material, a lid member 4: for blocking the opening part of the heater cartridge 3, and a specimen cartridge 5: for enclosing metallic material 1 adopted as a specimen, and supported by the lid member 4, also inserted into the hollow part of the heater cartridge 3; and is used by directing the axis direction to a vertical direction.
