Abstract:
To provide a heater with very simple structure, rapid heating, and temperature being settled to a predetermined value.
This heater comprises a transistor 3 connected to a direct current supply DC and mounted to the comb 2 through an insulating sheet 4, first resistor 7 connected between the collector and the emitter of this transistor 3, and a second resistor 9 connected between the base and the emitter of this transistor 3, having negative resistance-temperature coefficient. The collector loss produced at the transistor 3 is served as a heat source for increase the temperature of the comb 2.
