To provide a heater for a distillation apparatus which is enhanced in heat conductive efficiency by further integrating the distillation apparatus and the heater and improved in scaling-up and maintenance properties.

The heater for the distillation apparatus has the casing 11, which is integrated with the bottom part of the distillation tank 10 of the distillation apparatus and has a square groove for mounting a cylindrical heater element 12, the cylindrical heater element 12 for heating the liquid in the distillation tank 10 to distill the liquid and a pressure plate 13 for bonding the cylindrical heater element 12 to the casing 11 under pressure to mount the same.
