Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of cracks between a ceramic body and a heating resistor constituting a heater, thereby improving the long-term reliability of the heater.SOLUTION: A heater comprises: a rod-like ceramic body; and a heating resistor 3 provided inside the ceramic body. The heating resistor 3 comprises: two parallel parts 32 facing each other; and a folded part 30 for connecting the two parallel parts 32. The heating resistor 3 further comprises a recess 31 on an inner peripheral side of the folded parts 30 when viewed from a cross section perpendicular to an extending direction of the folded parts 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
