Abstract:
To provide a heater having a small size and a small diameter that has improved long-term reliability in electrical connection with an external device, such as an external power supply.SOLUTION: A heater 1 comprises: an insulating substrate 10 and a heat element. The insulating substrate 10 is a rod-like member having one end 11 and the other end. The heat element has a linear shape including a bent part and has a first end 21 and a second end. When the insulating substrate 10 in the longitudinal direction from one end 11 of the insulating substrate 10, the centroid of the first end 21 and the centroid of the insulating substrate 10 are shifted from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
