Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long life heater lamp and a heating module using the heater lamp.SOLUTION: There is provided a heater lamp 110 including a luminous tube 10; a filament 20; and a sealed gas. The luminous tube 10 is light permeable and has bent portions 14 and 15. The filament 20 is disposed in a space within the luminous tube 10. The sealed gas contains a rare gas which contains at least any of argon, krypton and xenon, bromine and nitrogen and is filled in the space. The power supplied to the filament of the lamp per unit length is 70 W/cm or more. The nitrogen gas volume concentration Cv with respect to the rare gas is 1-30 vol.%.
