To enable a system to have the function of drying, heating, ventilating the inside of a room and supplying of a cool air to it and to perform the ventilation of a plurality of rooms such as a dressing rooms and rest rooms and the like simultaneously by providing ventilating fans and circulating fans.

Directions of rotating shafts of ventilating fans 2 and circulating fans 1 are different with each other and a motor 4 is placed at the center of the rotating shaft of the circulating fan 1. The circulating fans are arranged to sandwich the motor 4 between them. A switch of a bathroom light is assembled into the controller and the bathroom ventilating, drying heater main body supplies the power to the bathroom light. Thus the rooms such as the dressing rooms and the rest rooms are ventilated simultaneously together with the function of drying, heating, ventilating and the cool air supply inside the bathroom. Therefore, as the installation of an intermediate duct fans is not necessary, duct works is simplified and total cost is reduced.
