PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a claim concerning the mingling of solid components into a beverage only by the replacement of an existing pipe by a new one and to improve the efficiency of a route by providing a heat exchange pipe with specific structure to be removed and replaced.

CONSTITUTION: A metallic block 10 is constituted as divided type and two divided block pieces 10a, 10b are connected, combined and opened through two hinges 15. Engaging grooves 17 for engaging and fixing a W-shaped heat exchange pipe 12 are respectively formed on the combining 16 of respective pieces 10a, 10b and heaters 11 are casted in one block 10a. Thereby the pipe 12 can be removed from the blocks 10. Even when solid components in beverage is stuck to the inside of the pipe 12, the generation of a claim concerning the mixture of the solid componets of the beverage into an extracted beverage can be prevented by replacing the existing pipe 12 by a new heat exchange pipe.
