Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3787072
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater wire and a heat insulating transfer pipe using the same, capable of preventing occurrence of a heating failure caused by isolation of a conductor of an electrical wire and a heating wire.
SOLUTION: The heater wire 20 includes the heating wire 3, arranged between exposed conductor parts 9, 10 on a positive side and on a negative side provided by separating in a length direction of the electric wire 1. Heat- shrinkable tubes 11, 11 for making close contact with the heating wire 3 to the conductors 7, 8 are provided on at least the exposed conductor parts 9, 10. The heat-insulating transfer pipe is so structured that the heater wire 20 is coated integrally with heat insulating material with the heater wire 20 abutted on the transfer pipe.
