Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater with improved glare-proofness.SOLUTION: A heater 1 comprises a bulb 2, a filament 3, gas 4, and a multilayer film 5. The filament 3 is arranged along a tube axis in an interior 2a of the bulb 2. The gas 4 is filled in the interior 2a of the bulb 2. The multilayer film 5 is formed on an outer surface 2b of the bulb 2 and has an average visible light transmission of 24% or lower at a wavelength in the range of 380 to 780 nm. The filament 3 is provided, along the circumferential and tube axis directions, with a plurality of first protrusions 31a which protrude toward an inner wall 2c of the bulb 2 when viewed from the tube axis direction. The filament 3 is also provided, along the circumferential and tube axis directions, with a plurality of second protrusions 34a which protrude further than the first protrusions 31a toward the inner wall 2c of the bulb 2 when viewed from the tube axis direction.
