Abstract:
To provide a heater capable of obtaining irradiation characteristics according to requirements over the entire length direction.SOLUTION: A heater includes: a light-emitting tube; a plurality of light emitters 31, 32, and a non-light emitter 35. The light-emitting tube has a cylindrical shape and transmits infrared light. Each of the plurality of light emitters is a carbon filament containing carbon and is provided inside the light-emitting tube along a length direction of the light-emitting tube.
