Abstract:
To provide a heater that can prolong a service life.SOLUTION: A heater according to an embodiment includes a tubular portion, a sealing portion provided at each of both end portions of the tubular portion, a conductive portion provided inside each of the sealing portions, a coil that is provided inside the tubular portion, extends along the tube axis of the tubular portion, and has both end portions electrically connected to the conductive portion, at least one lead one end side of which is provided inside the sealing portion, and the other end side of which is exposed from the sealing portion in each of the sealing portions, and a connecting portion provided between the conductive portion and the lead inside each of the sealing portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
