Abstract:
To provide a heater that can cut off the energization of a coil before cracking occurs.SOLUTION: A heater according to an embodiment includes a tubular portion, sealing portions provided at the ends on both sides of the tubular portion, a conductive portion provided inside each of the sealing portions, a coil provided inside the tubular portion, and extending along the tube axis of the tubular portion, and in which each of the ends on both sides is electrically connected to the conductive portion, at least one lead in which one end side is provided inside the sealing portion and the other end side is exposed from the sealing portion in each of the sealing portions, and a connecting portion provided between the conductive portion and the lead inside each of the sealing portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
