Abstract:
To provide a heater that can suppress the occurrence of pinholes in a coating.SOLUTION: A heater includes a cylindrical portion, a coil provided inside the cylindrical portion and extending along the tube axis of the cylindrical portion, and a film that is provided outside the cylindrical portion, and in which a first film and a second film having a higher refractive index than the first film are alternately laminated on the outer surface of the cylindrical portion, and when the total thickness of the plurality of second films is α (nm) and the total thickness of the plurality of first films is β (nm), the following equation is satisfied. α(nm)/β(nm)≥0.9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
