Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small heater which can raise temperature at near-boiling point without boiling, has satisfactory temperature control and high heat efficiency in heating liquid by heating fluid through the use of a heating body whose heat exchanging area per a unit volume to supply for heat exchange is large and which can uniformly heat the fluid.
SOLUTION: The heater is provided with the heating body 102 of structure which is formed through the use of a conductor of metal, etc. so as to make at least a part an electrically closed circuit to allow an eddy current to flow along the closed circuit, a container 105 housing this heating body 101, an induction heating coil 102 for induction-heating the heating body 101 and a high frequency power supplying means 103 supplying high frequency power for the coil 102. Then, the heating body is induction-heated by an AC magnetic field generated by the coil 102.
