Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve proper temperature control according to the temperature of food pertaining to a heater which accomplishes automatic cooking while sensing the temperature of the food.
SOLUTION: A representative temperature determining means 17 determines a representative temperature representing the temperature of an object 2 to be heated from among temperature distribution data detected by a temperature distribution detecting means 13 to allow the removal of an abnormal value or the like containing effect of noises or the like. A control means 14 controls the representative temperature with a set temperature set by a temperature setting means 16 to control a heating means 3. Thus, proper heating control is accomplished to eliminate excessive heating and insufficient heating, thereby heating the object to be heated at a proper temperature.
