PURPOSE: To simplify the constitution by arranging the constitution in such a way that the output of the corresponding heater among an upper and a lower heaters is lowered or shut off when the operation value of an energy operating means reaches the specified value.
CONSTITUTION: An energy operating means 23 operates and stores energy amount supplied to an upper and a lower heaters at all times. An output deciding means 25 decides the outputs of the upper and lower heaters by compounding current energy amount by a heating sequence and the means 23 with signals from a means 24 for storing energy at the time of termination and a means 21 for measuring time, etc.. This output drives a heat source 27 through a driving means 26. By the above constitution, the heater is heated at the maximum output of the heat source output until it reaches the set temperature to begin with. Then, the means 23 calcurates the energy amount as the current one using the specified operation formula and lowers or shuts off the output of either of the corresponding heater between the upper and lower heaters when this value reaches the maximum value set in advance. According to this constitution, it becomes cheap with simple constitution since it doesn't use a heat-sensitive element.
