Abstract:
To suitably bring an agitation blade into contact with an inner peripheral surface of a drum even when the drum is thermally deformed (thermally swollen) while cooking.SOLUTION: In a heating and agitating cooling apparatus (1) which cooks food materials by agitating the food materials charged inside a hollow drum (3) with an agitation mechanism (7) and heating them from below the drum (3) with a heating mechanism (6), a part in contact with an inner peripheral surface of the drum (3) of an agitation blade (26) provided for the agitation mechanism (7) is curved in an extension direction of the drum (3). Also, the agitation blade (26) is composed of a blade body (28) curved in the extension direction of the drum (3) and a plurality of flexible blade bodies (29) provided for the blade body (28). Also, projections (40) projecting up to ends of the adjacent blade bodies (29) are formed in the blade bodies (29).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
