Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus by which cooked rice is reheated properly.
SOLUTION: The heating apparatus is provided with: a heater 21 for reheating the cooked rice having a heating surface part 23; and a container 41 for cooked rice to be placed on the heating surface part 23. At the bottom surface part of the container 41, a gap forming projection part 44 which is brought into contact with the heating surface part 23 and forms a gap between the bottom surface part and the heating surface part 23 of the container 41.
