Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus for powder wastes for efficient heating without causing an adhesion problem of powder wastes to the circumferential wall faces.
SOLUTION: The heating apparatus for powder wastes comprises a gas discharge outlet in an upper part of a vertical type cylindrical heating container, a gas introduction inlet formed in a lower part for fluidizing the powder wastes, a throwing inlet and a taking-out outlet of the powder wastes, and a stirring blade for the powder wastes and the stirring blade is formed so as to keep the ratio of the projection surface area of the horizontal projection of the stirring blade to the surface area of a drawing formed by drawing the outer rim of the stirring blade 30% or lower.
