Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus capable of making a height of a press-contact plane uniform in a length direction in which an electric resistance part extends.SOLUTION: A plurality of electrode modules 61(1) to 61(6) each composed of a plurality of or a single second electrode 41 are extended from different second conduction parts 37(1) to 37(5). A conduction edge part 37(3)E, on the opposite side from an electric resistance part 33, of the second conduction part 37(3), farthest from the electric resistance part 33 in a direction (Y1-Y2 direction) perpendicular to a length direction (X1-X2 direction) in which the electric resistance part 33 extends, among the plurality of the second conduction parts 37(1) to 37(5) is formed linearly and continuously in the X1-X2 direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
