PURPOSE: To miniaturize a heat medium tank and to prevent foreign matters such as dirts and the like from infiltrating into the system and the heat medium from overflowing by providing a hermetically closed tank accommodating therein the heat medium at a heat medium circulating pipe connecting a heating flexible panel to a heat exchanger thereby to make the entire system a hermetically closed one.
CONSTITUTION: When a circulation pump 13 is driven to carry out heating, the volume expansion of the heat medium such as water due to the temperature rise in a heat exchanger 10 installed within a stove 9 is absorbed by the volume expansion of the flexible panel 1. As a result, an extraordinary pressure rise of the hermetically closed system can be prevented and the hermetically closed tank 15 can also be prevented. Thus, water does not overflow out of the hermetically closed tank 15.
