To effectively cool a cooling required member while suppressing increase in a size in a longitudinal direction of a body, or deterioration in the air volume.
In the heating and blowing apparatus, a fan 26 driven by a motor 25 is arranged at an inlet port 15 side, and a heating unit 35 is arrange at a delivery port 16 side in an air duct extending from the inlet port 15 to the delivery port 16, and the cooling required member T is used for driving at least the heating unit out of the heating unit and the motor. A subordinate air duct in which part of wind not heated by the fan flows is provided outside of an air channel 22 surrounding the part at which the heating unit is arranged in the air duct. At least the part of the cooling required member is arranged in the subordinate air duct. The cooling required member is arranged not in the main air duct but in the subordinate air duct in which the part of not heated wind flows.
