Abstract:

To appropriately perform heating and blowing including fine water with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A heating and blowing apparatus in which a blowing flow channel is formed in a body having an inlet and a blowing port, and a fan and a heater are arranged in the blowing flow channel sucks air from the inlet to the blowing flow channel by the fan followed by heating with the heater, and blows the air from the blowing port. There is provided a fine water generating part which is arranged in the blowing flow channel, has a base material and a conductive polymer membrane disposed in the base material, and turns into an adsorption state of adsorbing moisture in the air into the conductive polymer membrane due to temperature drop, and a discharge state of discharging adsorbed moisture as non-charged fine water with a particle diameter of 50 nanometer or less from the conductive polymer membrane due to temperature rise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
