To provide a heating cabinet with which the discharge of heating air in the case of taking out a food container is reduced as little as possible and increase in the consumption of energy or reduction in the taste of foods can be prevented.

Between an opening 1f for taking a food container B out of a storage chamber 1 heated by heating air and an opening 1r for inserting the container, a guide rail 9 for loading many food containers B into column so as to freely slide them and a mobile member 10 to reciprocate parallelly with the guide rail 9 while being interlocked with a front door 2f are provided. A stopper 14 for locking the container on the guide rail 9 is fixed at the front end of the mobile member 10, plural hooks 15 to freely appear/disappear above the guide rail 9 are attached at fixed intervals in the lengthwise direction of the mobile member 10, and the attaching structure of these hooks 15 is made into moreturn mechanism for permitting the forward move of food containers B on the guide rail 9 but locking the backward move.
