PURPOSE: To provide a heating cabinet capable of properly controlling the steam quantity flowing into a humid hot air circulatory path independently in response to the type of the stored food regardless of the temperature in the heating cabinet.

CONSTITUTION: A heating cabinet 1 is provided with a humidifying water tank 11 installed in the heating cabinet 1 and heated by the humid hot air circulated in the heating cabinet 1, fixed air control plates 20, 21, 22 and moving air control plates 16, 17 provided near an outflow port 12 of the steam generated from the humidifying water tank 11 to a humid hot air circulatory path, and a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor 30 detecting the temperature and humidity of the humid hot air, and the humidity of the humid hot air can optionally be set by the fluctuation of the static pressure near the steam outflow port 12 via the position change of the moving air control plates 16, 17.
