PURPOSE: To prevent human mistakes and to reduce operation, by regulating temperature and stirred state of a liquid in a tank by a control value setting means of plural temperatures and plural times.
CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve 5 for supplying heated steam, a solenoid valve 6 for introducing cooling water, a motorized valve 7 for discharging heated steam, a motorized value 8 for discharging cooling water, a motorized valve 9, a foam scooping machine 14, a stirrer 33, motorized valves 36 and 37 and a compressor 38 are controlled through a relay 101 by a sequencer 100. An agitator 13 is regulated through an inverter 102 and a heater 32 through a relay 103. The sequencer 100 is connected to a temperature regulator (program of plural temperatures and plural times can be set) 104 and a thermostat 105.
