Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker to utilize weathered coral to give negative ions to a cooked stuff to improve the taste of the cooked stuff to one never has been and a cooking vessel made of weathered coral for a heating cooker.
SOLUTION: Thermal energy possessed by this heating cooker 10 among external energy is used as it is. The thermal energy is given to a coral workpiece 20 of a heat resistant fixed matter 21 containing coral or a coral block workpiece 22. That is, the thermal energy is given to a weathered coral made turn table T of a microwave range M or a cup-shaped weathered coral made vessel (cake mold) C for cake baking to generate mass of minus ions. The negative ions act on cooked stuff 30 of a meal or a chiffon cake CC.
