Title:
HEATING COOKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007139367
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a heating cooker capable of minimizing discharge of oily smoke without deteriorating cooking performance.

This heating cooker comprises an oily smoke quantity reducing means 10 for removing at least a part of oily smoke generated within a cooking chamber 2, a third heating means for heating the oily smoke reducing means 10, and a shielding plate 14 provided between the third heating means 12 and the cooking chamber 2. The oily smoke generated in the cooking chamber 2 bypasses the shielding plate 14 after its flow velocity is delayed by collision against the shielding plate 14, and then is supplied to the reducing means 10 and discharged. Consequently, passing of the oily smoke through the reducing means 10 with the flow velocity being high can be reduced, and the oily smoke quantity to be discharged can be reduced to a predetermined quantity or less.
