The heat insulating heat storage body 16 is arranged in a cookroom 4 side of a boundary sidewall 4a with a hot air generating room 9 of the cookroom 4. Thus, the heat insulating heat storage body 16 can be further heated, a sufficient heat reserving characteristic of the cookroom 4 can be provided, the indoor temperature of the cookroom 4 can be quickly raised even if regularly heating after preheating the cookroom 4, and the temperature rising characteristic of the cookroom 4 can be improved.
