This heating cooker 10 is equipped with: a blower fan 20 rotatably mounted on one sidewall on a heating space 11b side of the cooking chamber 11 and distributing the air in the centrifugal direction; a heater 30 mounted on an outer peripheral side of the blower fan 20 on one sidewall on the heating space 11b side of the cooking chamber 11; a steam generator 40 distributing the steam into the cooking chamber 11 from a steam introduction port 11c formed on one sidewall on the heating space 11b side of the cooking chamber 11; and a temperature sensor 50 mounted on a position on an outer peripheral side of the heater 30, on one sidewall on the heating space 11b side of the cooking chamber 11. A shielding plate 51 is disposed on one sidewall on the heating space 11b side of the cooking chamber 11 in a position on the steam introduction port 11c side of the temperature sensor 50, when the temperature sensor 50 is disposed on the downstream side with respect to the steam introduction port 11c in the air distributing direction when the blower fan 20 is rotated.
