Abstract:
To provide a heating cooker having a cooking pan disposed in a heating chamber which can suppress uneven heating of food by supplying hot air evenly into the chamber so as to even out heat distribution.
The heating cooker includes a hot air circulation unit 12 in which a hot air heater 16 and a hot air fan 15 generate hot air in a hot air casing 13 and circularly supply it into the heating chamber 2 via a first ventilation part 7. A ventilation duct 24 is defined with the first ventilation part 7 to guide the hot air generated in the hot air casing 13 into the heating chamber 2 via the first ventilation part 7, and a hole portion 31 is formed in a position of the cooking pan 27 opposed to the ventilation duct 24.
