To provide a heating cooker having high slidability in sliding a tray on which a cooked object is placed, so that the tray and a cooking chamber get hardly damaged, and noise in sliding can be reduced.
This heating cooker includes the cooking chamber 3 receiving the cooked object and heating the same, the tray 4 placed on a bottom surface of the cooking chamber for placing the cooked object, a heater 6 positioned below the bottom surface of the cooking chamber for heating the bottom surface of the cooking chamber, and the door 5 moved forward and backward in conjunction with the tray and opening and closing a front opening of the cooking chamber. The tray is disposed so that a clearance gap is formed between a bottom surface of the tray and the bottom surface of the cooking chamber, and provided with a sliding member 11 sliding on the bottom surface 24 of the cooking chamber in moving the tray.
