To provide a heating cooker capable of incorporating a body case into a kitchen cabinet without causing short cycle and damaging a front panel even when there are a plurality of holes on a front face of the body case.
A front panel 20 includes: an upper panel 21 which is disposed so as to cover an upper portion of a front face of a body case 1 and has frame bodies 213, 214 on a peripheral edge portion of a back face opposed to the front face; a lower panel 31 which is disposed on the upper panel 21 so as to cover a lower portion exposed from the upper panel 21 of the front face and has a frame body 314 on an edge portion of at least both ends of the back face opposed to an intake port; and a side panel 41 which is detachably disposed on a side face of the upper panel 21 while projecting outward from a side face of the body case 1, and closes a clearance gap between the front face of the body case 1 facing an insertion port formed on a front face of the kitchen cabinet and a side face of the insertion port, when the body case 1 is incorporated into a kitchen cabinet.
