Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker that enables the presence of selectable cooking menu in addition to displayed cooking menu to be displayed to a user in an easily understandable way.SOLUTION: A main body includes: display means (display area a13a) capable of displaying cooking menu; a menu key 5b for selecting cooking menu; menu determination means; and control means for controlling the display means. The control means is adapted to: perform a control of causing a name indicative of the cooking menu to be displayed in a center of the display means for each single operation of the menu key in fixed order; and in a state where one cooking menu is displayed in the center of a display screen of the display means, cause a size of a character of a different cooking menu name displayed in front of/behind the displayed name or on both sides of the displayed name to be displayed in a smaller size than that of the cooking menu name displayed in the center; and when a menu determination signal is output to the control means in a state where a specific cooking menu name is displayed at a screen center position, determine that cooking is to be conducted by the specific cooking menu.
