Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bake a tasty bread even if time from bread dough preparation to baking completion is shortened.SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a body; a heating chamber storing and heating/cooking a heating object in the body; a baking container arranged in the heating chamber and used in performing serially plural steps of a kneading step kneading materials, a fermentation step, and a baking step; an agitation blade arranged inside the baking container and kneading the materials; an agitation motor arranged below the heating chamber and rotating the agitation blade; and a control device driving the agitation motor and controlling the plural steps. The agitation blade 45 includes: a vertical wall 45d arranged at a connection part 45a receiving driving force from the agitation motor and extending to an inner surface side of the baking container; and a low wall part 45f extending from the vertical wall 45d further to the inner surface side of the baking container. The vertical wall 45d is taller in a rotation shaft direction of the agitation motor than the low wall part 45f. The low wall part 45f is bent opposite to a rotation direction of the agitation blade 45.
