PURPOSE: To provide the heating cooker of a comparatively low cost, by which generation of an electrical fault caused by wear of a brace of a thermoassembly body, and also there is no fear that an electric shook fire is generated, and also, cost is not increased due to a heat resisting member being used in the thermo-internal member.

CONSTITUTION: The cooker is constituted of a thermoassembly 22 in which a thermostat 7 is housed in a case 12, and also, a temperature adjusting control 9 is provided in the outside of the case 12, and moreover, a power source input part 13, a power source output part 13 and a temperature sensing part 15 are provided, a heating plate assembly 1 having a heating element 4 and a heater terminal 8 of its heating element 4, and a guard plate 16 for protecting at least the side face of the heating plate assembly 1, and also, covering the case 12 part of the thermoassembly 22.
