Abstract:

PURPOSE: To permit a proper heating cooking of a food by a method wherein foods are classified into a group of foods containing much alcohol constituent and a group containing less alcohol constituent to heat for a necessary cooking time in accordance with the group of the food.

CONSTITUTION: When a key exclusive for drinks is operated in an operating unit 6, a control circuit 26 operates the changing rate of a detecting signal from an alcohol sensor 13 to decide whether the changing rate has exceeded by 10% or not before the end of heating time of sake. Then, when the changing rate has exceeded by 10% before the end of heating time of sake, objective heating drink is decided to be sake and the oscillation of a magnetron 24 is stopped after waiting until the remaining time of sake course has elapsed. On the other hand, wen the changing rate of the detecting signal has not exceeded 10% before the end of heating time of sake elapses, heating is continued until the remaining time of milk course elapses, and when the changing rate has exceeded 10% before the remaining time of milk course elapses, the oscillation of the magnetron 24 is stopped.
