PURPOSE: To attach easily a combustion case to the rear wall or one side wall of a heating chamber and prevent the occurence of cracks and thermal strain of the rear wall surface by fitting and attaching the combustion case constituted with an air blasting case in one body to the rear wall or one side wall of the combustion chamber equipped with guide metal fittings.
CONSTITUTION: At the rear part of a heating chamber 12 the rear wall 16 having air ejecting ports 14 and air suction ports 15 is installed and fixed by welding at the peripheral flange part of the chamber 12. Guide metal fittings 17 located vertically between the ports 14 and 15 are composed of the bent pieces of L-shaped metal fittings and one fitting is spot-welded to the wall 16 and the other one has a certain gap to allow free fitting and attachment of a combustion case 18 to the bent end part 19 on the side of the port 14. An air blasting chamber 20 being adjacent to the chamber 12 through the wall 16 is composed of an air blasting case 21 and the case 18 which are formed in one body by spot-welding. Screwing between the wall 16 and the case 18 is eliminated and exfoliation from the enamel surfaces or corrosion caused by the generation of cracks does not take place and assembly work can be simplified.
