Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a heating cookware which is capable of heating while confirming the burning color of the whole of a fish without pulling out a grille dish or without peeping into a grille door with regards to the lighting of a grille which burns fishes in particular.

CONSTITUTION: The depth and the width of a heating chamber 2 is shaped up so that the relation between the depth/width may be less than 1 when viewed from the front. A lighting means 9 is installed between a grille door 6 and a grille net 4 in this structure. This construction makes it possible to monitor the whole of a fish from the head to the tail from the grille door 6 and look at a heated article 1 very clearly, thereby eliminate the need of looking into the grille door, and heat the article 1 while confirming a state such as a burning color or the like.
