To prevent the efficiency of cooling or heating a drink B from lowering even when the bottom of a vessel of the drink B has a recessed or protruding shape, and also to prevent propagation of a shake of a table or the like to the drink B.
A thermal contact facilitating body 35 of which the shape changes in conformity with the shape of the bottom of the vessel of the drink B is provided on an electronic heating cooling element 31. The thermal contact facilitating body 35 is formed of a bag formed with a gel-like good conductor of heat contained therein. According to this constitution, the drink B is cooled or heated through the whole surface of the bottle of the vessel at least and thereby the efficiency of cooling or heating is enhanced, while the vibration of the table or the like is absorbed and prevented from being propagated to the drink B.
