To bring a drink B to a temperature good for drinking at a prescribed time, and thereby to always make it possible to take it at an appropriate temperature at a table or the like.
An electronic heating cooling element 31 which cools or heat the drink B by generating a flow of heat in a prescribed direction between the drink B held and placed in a tubular body 20 and the air is controlled by a control unit 40. This control unit 40 is comprised of a measuring unit 44 which measures at least one of the temperature of the drink B, the temperature of a drink vessel, the quality of the material of the vessel and the residual quantity of the drink B, a temperature setting unit 42 which sets a temperature suitable for taking the drink B, a time setting unit 43 which sets the time to take the drink B, and a controller which computes the driving conditions of the electronic heating cooling element 31 on the basis of signals from these units.
