Abstract:
PURPOSE: To minimize the inner and outer surface temperature difference of a cathode-ray tube bulb, set a specified temperature distribution in the bulb, and reduce the implosion of the bulb to solve problems of infrared radiation method.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of far infrared panel heaters 4L, 4R, 4U, 4D and a program controller 35 capable of independently controlling the temperatures of the far infrared panel heaters are provided, so that the partial temperature control of a cathode-ray tube bulb in a furnace body 3 can be performed.
